Experienced cook required for country Inn.  Prior catering experience together with a certificate in Basic Food Hygiene is essential. Previous carvery experience advantageous.  Must be able to work in a high pressure gallery style kitchen.  The successful candidate will be solely responsible for the design and promotion of the menu, with particular focus on creating good traditional pub food. Additional duties include ordering supplies, ensuring proper stock rotation, cleaning and maintenance of all kitchen facilities, whilst ensuring all food safety records are kept up to date.

WELSHPOOL – Temporary, Full Time

An experienced fabricator and welder required with a FLT counterbalance licence and a full clean driving licence. The successful candidate must have experience in plastic extrusion welding. It would be an advantage to have a CSCS card and be experienced in abrasive wheels. Duties include welding, fabricating, assembly and some site work.

This is a full time, temporary-permanent position 8 - 4 Mon - Fri with 1/4 hour paid morning break and half an hour paid lunch break. The ray rate will be £6.50ph

OSWESTRY, Full time, Temp to Perm

Production workers required until June 2010 and possibly longer. Role - to successfully manufacture/assemble build to print units within pre determined time and cost. Manufacturing of mechanical/electrical/electro-mechanical items to sketches and drawings. Testing of assemblies, follow health and safety guidelines. Needs to have skills in soldering, cable laying and the ability to read engineering drawings. Full time position, working 8:30 - 5:00.

NEWTOWN AREA, Full Time, Temp to Perm

Production Operative required to work on an assembly line for a local company.  The work can be repetitive, the ideal candidate must be capable and willing to learn as they may be required to undergo a basic food hygiene certificate. Once taken on permanently there may be progression via training onto other roles within the company such as Machine Operator and Quality Controller. Full time, Monday to Friday.  Working times to alternate weekly - with 1 week being 6am - 2pm and the 2nd being 2pm until 10pm. The pay rate is £5.80 per hour, each day to include a 1/2 hour paid break.

WELSHPOOL Area, Full-Time, Temp to Perm

The successful candidate will provide effective management of the Manufacturing Engineering Department, including tool room and maintenance. The main duties and responsibilities will be preventative and predictive based maintenance of plant and machinery. Including, identifying and implementing improvements in machine efficiency, material utilisation, energy usage, product quality and labour efficiency. Additional duties will be designing equipment as well as buying new and improved equipment.

Characteristics and Requirements are: - HND qualification as well as 5+ years ‘hands-on’ press tooling knowledge, preferably within the automotive industry. Must also be experienced with electrical and mechanical work, MS Office, press setting and tryout skills.

The Quality Engineer is responsible for the facilitation and control of technical data and operational process information within the Company.

 The main duties and responsibilities will be to perform quality related product and system audits to TS16949, generation of technical reports via the CMM, and also using Standard Measuring Equipment.  Additional duties include analysis and reporting of Company level data, customer and supplier liaison when necessary, Facilitation and Management of Concern and Corrective Action, involvement in Customer based projects at a technical quality level, assist in the development of the Company’s quality systems. The successful candidate will also deputise for the Quality Manager, and production of technical and quality supporting data as required. Be involved in both APQP and PPAP routines, maintain Health & Safety and Environmental Standards.

Will be punctual, have good time management skills, be attentive to detail, have good communication skills and be a team player.
