Support Receptionist: Job Ref TP7820

Receptionist required working odd days for a thriving local business, based in Welshpool. You will be required to answer the telephone, meet and greet guests and provide tea and coffee when necessary. General administration tasks also to be included, for example PA duties, sending emails and correspondence. Experience in using a telephone switch board is essential. The successful candidate will have a cheerful disposition with the ability to multi task. This position is for odd days only and will aid staff shortage. 9.00am till 5.30pm. Pay Rate £6.00 per hour.

Experienced receptionist required working on an odd day basis for a company situated in Machynlleth.  Candidates must be confident on the telephone and smart in appearance, as occasionally someone will come to the door. Experienced business to business sales executive required to join an innovative growing company with over 2,200 customers within the vehicle tracking industry. The successful candidate will join the existing office based telephone sales team in Newtown. This role would suit a motivated, target hitting sales professional who has previously worked within the telecommunications industry or has a proven record of achievement in business to business sales.

 The successful candidate will provide full sales information to enquiring customers to promote and sell the companies product and benefits. You will manage your own portfolio of potential customers, providing them with sales support matching their individual needs. It is essential to create a positive purchase experience therefore ensuring customer retention.

 Duties will include responding to customer enquiries, performing telephone web based demonstrations, generating new sales leads and processing sale documentation.

Sales Negotiator required to make outbound telephone calls to obtain orders and increase customer sales by winning new business.  Quoting prices and negotiating with customer / prospect to win orders.  Must have a good telephone manner, capable of working under pressure during busy times, ability to be pro-active and self motivated during quieter periods, must be computer literate with working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook (Express ok). Must be a team player and at home with a Sales environment in an open plan office.

Very seasonal. Quiet with inbound in the summer hence more outbound. During winter, inbound calls are more prominent than outbound. There will be a few minor administration tasks.

Hours are 8:30 – 5:00 pm Mon – Fri. Must be full time. Possible odd Saturday morning during the busier periods. Please note that run up to Christmas is one of our busiest periods.

An experienced Sales Person required to sell janitorial and safety products in the Powys and Shropshire area. The role will include travelling in order to build up a bigger customer base as well as liaising with current companies. The successful candidate must be self motivated and be able to plan their own day to day diary. This is a full-time, permanent position (with a trial period) for a capable individual who can work efficiently under pressure. The hours are approximately 8:30 - 5:00 The starting salary will be dependant on experience with a view to increase after the trial period. A company car is provided as is a mobile telephone.

Project/Account Manager Job Ref: TP9281

An experience project manager required to work for an established and expanding technology company with over 2,200 customers within the vehicle tracking industry. The successful candidate will manage a new key account through from point of order to installation and after sales support. Excellent organisational skills are needed, and the candidate must be customer focused to succeed in this role. An understanding of sales ledger and order processing would be an advantage. This position holds great opportunities for the right candidate as the account grows. 

 The purpose of this role is to organise tasks to ensure that all account KPI’s (Key Performance Indicator’s) are met, and to provide excellent customer service and create a positive customer support experience guaranteeing customer satisfaction.

Duties include managing an order book and scheduling work upon demand, maintaining customer details on the in-house database, responding to direct customer enquiries, and pro-active management of open enquiries. You will need to be able to monitor and manage orders and service levels to ensure that KPI’s are met, report key information to management, build and maintain key relationships and act as a first line for customer support.

This is a demanding role which requires the highest level of organisational ability, strong IT skills and the desire to maintain and develop customer relationships.

Responsibilities include the management of long-term customer relationships whilst seeking, identifying and fulfilling new sales opportunities. Must be confident in sales and providing specialist advice of a wide range of Arable products and services.

The successful candidate must be enthusiastic, have a good commercial grasp of the agricultural industry, and possess a keen interest in agronomy and selling a wide range of arable products. Experience of providing advice on crop protection would also be an advantageous. This is a full-time, temp to perm position. Hours and pay rate to be advised.

Administrator Job Ref: TP9291

An experienced administrator required to start immediately to work for a manufacturer of timber and steel fencing, woodwool, and agricultural and industrial buildings, based in Newtown.

Duties will include preparing quotations and price lists, receiving orders by fax and phone and transferring them onto the internal order system, arranging haulage, and preparing purchase orders. The successful candidate will also analyse and record the production figures for all departments on a daily and weekly basis, prepare order lists for all departments using Lotus 123, and any other general office duties including answering the telephone, photocopying, and filing.

Applicants must have excellent computer and keyboard skills, good numeracy and literacy, and the ability to liaise with other team members and also work under own initiative.

This is a temp to perm position. The hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm with half an hour for lunch, and Saturday 8:00am to 12:30pm worked on a rota basis (approx one in three). Pay rate dependant on experience.

Project Executive Job Ref: T9295

A Project Executive required to start immediately for a marketing company who manage projects in the food and drink industry. The successful candidate will carry out office administration duties to support the Project Manager.

Duties include managing the day to day implementation of the project, liaising with consultants, monitoring the project and assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reports. The candidate will also be responsible for maintenance of the database, organising meetings and events, take minutes for group meetings, management of procedures of the European Regional Development Fund, and other general work required by the Project Manager.

A good telephone manner and computer skills are essential, and applicants must either have experience or be educated in marketing. Must be a Welsh Speaker. 

This is a temporary position until approximately June 2011. The hours are full time, 9:00am to 5:00pm. Pay rate dependant on experience.
