Recruitment (UK) Limited is a privately owned employment agency. The first
office was opened in Llanfyllin on June 1st 1987 by Hilary Collins to provide a
full range of recruitment services to companies and individuals
in Wales and Shropshire. In October 1998, we moved to larger
offices in Welshpool. Due to the expansion of Rainbow Recruitment (UK) Limited we opened
offices in Oswestry on the 8th November 2004 and Newtown on the 24th June 2005. We pride ourselves on finding the right person for the right job, thereby eliminating our clients' worry, time, expense and effort. We see to it that vacancies are filled by the most suitable candidates, in the fastest and most cost-effective way. TEMPORARY STAFF It can often prove costly and difficult to maintain staffing levels which match the current workload of a business. One easy, cost effective solution is to employ a temporary member of staff. At this point, Rainbow Recruitment (UK) Limited can arrange for the skilled help you need to be supplied on a temporary basis. It may be that you only want help for a day or two, to cover for someone who is off sick, or longer term to cover for maternity leave. Whatever your needs, we can take the time, energy and costly advertising out of recruitment. Qualified and experienced managerial and supervisory staff can be supplied for long and short term interim management contracts. Temporary rates are available on request and vary according to the nature and length of the assignment. All temporary rates quoted are subject to V.A.T. The minimum booking period is four hours. All members of the temporary workforce are thoroughly screened and, where appropriate, their secretarial skills tested for speed and accuracy, before they are assigned to any job. At the same time, two references are taken up by Rainbow Recruitment (UK) Limited for all employees. RAINBOW GUARANTEES
that if you're not satisfied for any reason, we'll send a
replacement, in accordance with our terms of business. Temporary
staff of all categories can be supplied for short or long term
assignments, from a few hours to several months. If you book a
"temp" you have no PAYE, N.I. sick pay or holiday pay
obligations, as these are fulfilled by Rainbow Recruitment (UK) Limited.
Having agreed the hourly rate to be paid, on satisfactory
completion of the job, an invoice will be issued based on a
signed time sheet of the actual hours worked. It's as simple as
that.
PERMANENT STAFF Rainbow performs the complete recruitment function, and there are considerable savings to be made in money, time and energy by placing the position with Rainbow before considering any other expense. RAINBOW GUARANTEES that all staff offered for permanent employment have been thoroughly screened, detailed CVs are prepared for each applicant and two references are obtained. Subsequently, a carefully selected shortlist of suitable candidates is compiled for the client. We have a comprehensive register of over 3000 people looking for work at any one time. If we don't find suitable candidates on the register, we will advertise the vacancy free of charge in order to achieve the best possible selection. Rainbow's fee scale is highly competitive and is only payable on the satisfactory appointment of a selected candidate. If the employment is terminated by either side, for whatever reason, in the first thirteen weeks, RAINBOW GUARANTEES a proportional refund of the fee paid, in accordance with our terms of business. TEMP TO PERM A more successful
and contemporary route to employing the most appropriate employee
is to take them on a "temp-to-perm" basis. This is a
highly recommended option, enabling the client to assess the
capability and suitability of a potential employee before making
an offer of permanent employment. This is an increasingly popular
path to recruiting the best person for the job.
FEES Commercial
& Industrial Salary of £10,000 p.a. and above - 10% of the agreed annual salary is our maximum fee. For part-time permanent staff engaged, the fee payable
will be negotiated on an individual basis, depending on the
circumstances.
FREE ADVERTISING Rainbow
Recruitment (UK) Limited maintains a regular flow of new job candidates
through its network of Situations Vacant Cabinets that
are located in prominent positions in all of the main towns in
Mid Wales and North Shropshire. The advertising is completely
confidential and the client name is not mentioned on the job
advertisement. Rainbow also has regular advertisements in
the local press as well as a regularly up-dated website,
including not only job vacancies but also candidate and graduate
listings. We publish a quarterly Newsletter
discussing current personnel and legislation issues and including
an up-to-date list of available candidates - we will happily
include you on our mailing list, just let us know.
CONFIDENTIALITY In accordance with
the Data Protection Act, Rainbow Recruitment (UK) Limited respects client and
candidate confidentiality and, therefore, introductions to
clients and candidate registrations are made in the strictest
confidence. No information is released by Rainbow Recruitment (UK) Limited
without the prior agreement of the parties concerned. No company
or candidate names are mentioned on the Newsletter, in
advertisements or on our company website.
